This includes: Level balancing of vocals and instruments Basic EQ and compression for clarity Pitch correction using Antares Auto-Tune (light tuning or creative effect, based on your preference) Light effects (reverb/delay as needed) Removal of unwanted noise, pops, and clicks ✅ Perfect for playback, reference, or sharing with collaborators — but not intended as the final professional mix.
Cancellation Policy
Musix Production Studio Policies 1. Refund & Cancellation Policy Deposits are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. If you cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled session (one-time reschedule only). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full session amount. Refunds are not issued once a session has been completed or services have been rendered. For disputes, please contact us directly at info@musixproduction.com or 404-480-0346 before filing a chargeback. 2. Fulfillment Policy (Services) Studio services (recording, mixing, mastering, video, etc.) are fulfilled on-site at Musix Production Studio. Sessions are scheduled in advance and provided on the agreed date/time. Deliverables (e.g., mixes, masters, video files) will be sent digitally to the client once full payment is received. Typical turnaround for mixes/masters is 5–7 business days (depends on project scope). Clients will be notified of any delays. 3. Terms & Conditions By booking with Musix Production Studio, you agree to the following: You are responsible for arriving on time. Session time begins as scheduled, not upon your arrival. All balances must be paid in full before receiving final deliverables. No drugs, smoking, or weapons/guns are allowed on the premises. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of your session without refund. Musix Production Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged files after final delivery. We recommend backing up your files upon receipt. ​A maximum of 3 people (including the artist) are allowed per session. Rates and policies are subject to change without notice. 4. Privacy Policy We collect customer information (name, email, phone number, billing details) solely for the purpose of booking and delivering services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Payment details are processed securely through our payment provider and are not stored by Musix Production Studio.
